We woke up to so much snow and really thought our day would be cancelled. However donned in our wedding outfits, me clutching my roses, we carefully made it down the steep hill hoping to flag down a taxi, otherwise we would have had an hour long walk along the seafront to the register office.

Thanks Allah most of our guests made it and we had a wonderful day.

We were already married in the eyes of Allah as our Islamic wedding was 8th November. But this wedding was for my family and friends sake and of course for UK rules.
